It was Donald Trump’s withdrawal. “The Donald” had it set up, though Biden did run it in a brain-dead fashion. Keep in mind that Donald dodged the draft in ’68, and has repeatedly disparaged anyone and anything connected with the military. I researched his behavioral history some time ago, and strongly suspect that the little boy inside Donald is scared to death of dying, and of disfigurement. That’s what’s behind his “endless wars” fixation.
