This morning’s (Tuesday 27th) UK Sun website said there was video of the car moving slowly, “weaving” thru the crowds, “two minutes” before the accelerator was floor-boarded. We shall have to see, but if that is correct, it sounds like rabid frustration breaking out of its very-properly English constraint of inhibition.
